CANCELLATION POLICY

Santa Teresa Massage Therapy requires 24 hours notice prior to your appointment in case of any change or cancellation to your appointments.

In the case that you miss, no-show, cancel or change within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of your originally scheduled appointment.

Appointments booked within the 24 hour timeframe, have 1 hour from the time they confirm the appointment to make changes or cancellations to their appointment. If do not notify us within 1 hour of booking if you've booked within the 24 hour window you will be charge 100% of your originally scheduled appointment.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances occur and exceptions may be made in extreme circumstances or in the case we are able to fill your appointment. We will always do our best to accomodate you.

By confirming your appointment, you accept this agreement.  If you do not agree to this policy and have scheduled with us, please notify us immediately.
